Welcome to the Fitness page!

My fitness philosophy is to try and fit a little sweat into your day at least 4-6 days a week BUT rest if your body needs it. I am all about “making your workout fit into your day” and not “making your day about your workout.”

Life is too short to put your body through misery, so find something you enjoy doing and stick with it! It never hurts to try something new because a little variety is great for your body and mind.
